How long does it take to find a new employee?
We complete the process as quickly as practical.

The completion time depends substantially on your turnaround time. Ideally you will:

  • review submitted resumes and decide to interview or decline within one working day
  • complete all interviews for any given candidate within four working days of deciding to interview
In general, we complete the process in two weeks but it may take up to four weeks. Sometimes we have great people for you to meet within a day or two. Sometimes it takes longer. The most important thing when recruiting IT staff is to get the right person.

We have a database of people that have applied for work with us before and w'ell speak to them if they are a match for your team.

How many people will you send me to review?
How many would you like? That's up to you, but typically we'll find two to four people that we think are a close match for your team.

Can we work to a different process?
We're flexible so if you'd like us to modify our process to work with your way of doing things that's okay.
